Reykjavik

This small city is certainly packing a punch! Laugavegur the main shopping street is where you will find all coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, information centers, boutique stores, Icelandic design and much more to see.

Don’t miss out on the ”Kolaportið” Fleamarket open on the weekends, try your hand on bartering for a ”lopapeysa” traditonal Icelandic sweater.  All around the city are many geothermal pools that are both in- and outdoors, have hot pots, saltwater baths, sauna/steam baths – a relaxing way to spend your day and get chatting with the locals.

Golden Circle, this is the most popular and best way to see a bit of everything that Iceland has to offer in a short time. Waterfalls, hot springs, geysers, history, nature, wildlife, lava, geothermal resources and even elves if you are lucky!

Blue Lagoon

This luxurious stop is a must even if you don’t fancy a dip in the blue water, go and see the world’s wonder that is the Blue Lagoon, surrounded by miles of lava fields.

It is located close to the Keflavik Airport so if you have rented a car, it might be wise to make the Blue Lagoon either your first- or last stop in Iceland.

Relax and give yourself a treat, please note that is it necessary to pre-book your blue lagoon tickets prior to arrival, you can do so here.

South Shore

Go down south into beautiful Iceland, this route is rich with stunning waterfalls, glaciers and the famous black sand beach surrounded by dramatic unique rock formations.

Vík, a small town at the most southern point of Iceland is a perfect stop for some lunch, perhaps a hot bowl of ”Kjötsúpa” Icelandic Meat Soup.

SETJA SNÆFELLSNES Í SÉR WIDGET!

Snæfellsness Penisula, the wild west of Iceland. Head out to the west, where it is a nature lovers paradise, some highlights include Snæfellsjökull the gorgeous glacier, many fishing villages where you can get a real local experience, seals, birds and whales can all be spotted regularly around the coast line so keep your eyes peeled!

Whale Watching

Did you know that there are more than 20 species of whales around Iceland? All year round you can catch a whale watching boat out to sea where you can see many different whales in their natural habitat, also often dolphins, puffins and other seabirds can be spotted.

Our Lobby staff will be happy to help you book your tour.

Northern Lights

In the winter months if you are lucky enough you can experience the Aurora Borealis aka the Northern Lights.

This can be done in many creative ways – weather permitting, by bus tour, super jeep adventure, lay in a hot bath and watch them dance across the sky or how about a boat cruise? Either way, dress warm and don’t forget your camera.
